Gant Rugger Opens Midwest's First Store in Bucktown
A high-end designer clothing store opened its doors Friday in Bucktown, between Clark's and Silver Cloud.
Gant Rugger's newest store opened Friday in Bucktown at 1702 N Damen Ave, replacing the closed EnerSpa day spa previously located there.
The store opened without much ado, its decor consisting of kitchen supplies including copper pots from Iran that were a gift to the store, kitchen shelves with drawers labeled "spoons and ladles," wine and liquor bottles and coffee table books.
Currently the store only sells menswear, but when Gant comes out with its women's collection in the fall, it will expand to include the new line of clothes, according to a Gant employee.
Grand opening events will also begin in the fall.
