Earth Day Benefit at MAK

For every guest who orders MAK's signature Chicken Wangs or Falafel with wing sauce ($5 small / $9 large) on Earth Day, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Rebuilding Exchange. MAK uses ingredients that are locally sourced and organic, and meats that are naturally raised, and hormone and steroid free.

The mission of the Rebuilding Exchange is to create a market for reclaimed building materials. They do this by diverting materials from landfills and making them accessible for reuse through their retail warehouse, by promoting sustainable deconstruction practices, by providing education and job training programs, and by creating innovative models for sustainable reuse.
