Earth Day Dishes at Frontier
In honor of Earth Day, patrons can try Pioneer Tavern Group Corporate Chef Brian Jupiter's new Mushroom Ravioli with foraged mushrooms, ricotta, egg yolk, pickled Enoki mushrooms, and Seared Lion's Mane mushroom. The dish, available for $15, uses ingredients sourced from local hydroponic farms and is made in house by hand utilizing various mushrooms which are good on the environment.
