UPDATE: Wicker Park Bus Accident Sends 9 to the Hospital
Four ambulances were on the scene, near Western Avenue, on Wednesday morning.
A bus accident in Wicker Park has sent nine people to the hospital, NBC Chicago is reporting.
Emergency crews responded to the scene at Western Avenue and Le Moyne Street Wednesday morning around 10:39 a.m. when a pickup truck crashed into the city bus.
All nine people were transported to the hospital, but police told NBC none of the injuries are believed to be life-threatening. CTA reports one of the vehicles was driving in the wrong lane, but it's still unclear which one was at fault.
