If you're a frustrated parker in Bucktown and Wicker Park, you'll want to keep reading.
The Wicker Park and Bucktown SSA #33 will host a public meeting and workshop Wednesday with a hand from the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning to address residents' concerns.
According to SSA #33 program assistant Beth Sholtis, the meeting will broach topics ranging from parking meter prices to cyclist lanes, as well as the effects of the anticipated Bloomingdale Trail, or "The 606".
Community members will get the chance to point out where parking is needed throughout the neighborhood, she said.
CMAP will also present data acquired through a study conducted “to understand current parking patterns in the community.”
The meeting is set for 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. June 26 at the Bucktown-Wicker Park Public Library.
