  • July 5 vs. Pittsburgh Pirates
  • July 12 vs. St. Louis Cardinals
  • Aug. 2 vs. Los Angeles Dodgers
  • Aug. 16 vs. St. Louis Cardinals

After playing all six, the Cubs, neighbors and Ald. Tom Tunney (44th) will reevaluate whether the later start is a good move for Lake View. Then they’ll decide whether or not to allow more games at that time.

Starting next season the team will be allowed to schedule 35 night games, with only two allowed to be played on a Friday or Saturday. Five more night games will be permitted if requested by Major League Baseball, with another six available if approved again by City Council, totaling 46.
