Eater Chicago updated its list of the best 38 restaurants in Chicago last week, and seven Wicker Park and Bucktown eateries made the cut.

The list is updated every two to three months and according to the article, lists the 38 top answers to the question, "Can you recommend a restaurant?"

Topping the list is The Bristol, at 2152 N. Damen Ave. The restaurant supports family farms in Illinois, Michigan and Indiana, where they get beef, pork, snap peas, beets and more for their menu.

Irazu Costa Rican Restaurant, fourteenth on the list, offers Costa Rican cuisine. Eater included Irazu for its "best around" chicken burritos. It's located at 1865 N. Milwaukee Ave.

The popular Trenchermen, led by the Sheerin brothers, offers a menu of unusual but delicious pairings in a dining room that was once a Turkish bathhouse. The restaurant, No. 21 on the list, is at 2039 W. North Ave.

Go no farther than North Milwaukee Avenue to step into greater Greece—also known as Taxim—in a Wicker Park eatery that offers genuine Greek fare, with Greek wines in a beautiful dining room. No. 24, this restaurant is at 1558 N. Milwaukee Ave.

At Big Star, listed at No. 28 and located right off the Damen L stop, you can get a beer, taco and a shot of whiskey for less than $10, according to Eater. Just be careful of renegade water balloons.

Cumin, No. 34, offers authentic Indian curry and cocktails, and you don't have to go all the way to Devon Avenue to get it. The eatery is located at 1414 N. Milwaukee Ave.

And last but not least at 37, Carriage House, which Eater Chicago says, "reinforces that Chicago can elevate Southern cuisine and cocktails." You can find it at 1700 W. Division St., for brunch, lunch and dinner.
